Visiting this site, submitting a consultation request, or communicating with this practice before a scheduled appointment does not establish a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only upon mutual agreement and completion of intake paperwork.

Professional boundaries

This practice maintains strict professional boundaries in all communications. Patients and prospective patients may not attempt to contact the provider through personal social media profiles, direct messaging platforms, or any channel other than the practice phone number. Any unsolicited contact through personal channels cannot be kept confidential and will not receive a clinical response.
